Hot Summer at Saratoga and Hoosier Park

Rejoice it's Thursday, the start of the horse racing weekend.  Today we look at a sprint at both Saratoga and Hoosier Park.

Saratoga Race 5 {7 furlongs~3 year old Up~Starters Allowance}
A nice field of ten horses will run in this starter allowance.  Star of New York (Castellano / Galluscio) looks to have a slight edge with the highest speed number at the distance, the third highest last out speed number and two solid, peaking workouts.  Numb Lips (Coa / Fawkes) will seek to challenge coming off a route with the fourth highest (tie) speed number and two well-built, peaking workouts.  Henceforth (Albarado / Stewart) will be motoring on the front end seeking a victory.  He is coming off a route with the second highest last out speed number and three robust workouts.  Good Karma (J. Velasquez / Martin) will be closing well with a decent last out speed number coming off a route and two athletic workouts.  Let's play Saratoga.

Hoosier Park Race 3 {6 furlongs~3 year old Up~fillies/mares~IN~Allowance}
Another nice sprint contest with eight that will go to the gate.  Running Bride (Prescott / Kenneally) has the edge with the second highest last out speed number, a decent last out effort in a route race, and one good workout.  Joann's Juno (Stokes / Rone) shows a decent last out speed number over a route and the third highest (tie) speed number at the distance.  Cheer For Me Girls (Gongalzes / Leonard) looks ready to challenge also with the third highest speed number at the distance, coming off a route, and two hearty, peaking workouts.  Two that will have a say in the outcome of this race.  Ms. Red Hawk (J. Lopez / Lauer) has the highest last out speed number, a two race progression, and two stout, peaking workouts.  My Isabell (Zunica / Brothers) has the third highest last out speed number and a two race progression. Let's play Hoosier Park.
