Another horse racing weekend begins with Keeneland. Today we look at a fine Turf stakes race for the babies at the historic track.

A field of eleven precocious fillies line up for this Turf route. Accept (Lebron / Maker) seems to have an edge with the third highest last out speed number, a two race progression, and three solid, peaking workouts. Cloneylass [IRE] (J. Velazquez / R. Dutrow) will be making her North American debut after racing in her native Ireland. She looks ready coming off a decent listed stakes race, a three race progression, and four strong, peaking workouts. Lauren Byrd (Gomez / Pletcher) will challenge with the second highest last out speed number, a two race progression, and two good workouts. Come a Callin (Desormeaux / Mott) will surprise with a decent speed number at a sprint, a two race progression, and four rigorous, peaking workouts.
