Arlington International Race 8 {1 mile~3 year-old Up~Fillies/Mares~Maiden Special Weight}
A good group of ten will hit the grass in this last of the day Turf race. There should be sufficient speed to keep the pace rolling. Those that like to track that pace will need to be closer to get in the money. Speed numbers are all fairly close which should the race a competitive feel. Our task is to knit together a winning 10 CENT Superfecta Box ticket.
It should be a tremendous race.
#5 Summer Sweet (Emigh / Stidham) might have the edge as she runs in her third of her form cycle. She holds the fourth highest speed number over the Turf. This gal stretches out to this distance with two bullet workouts underneath her. She should track closely and strike in the stretch. She is our Bronze Horseshoe selection.
$2 SHOW.
#7 Crafty's Way (Perez / Williamson) should challenge with the highest last out speed number, a two race progression, and three superb peaking workouts. This gal will be dropping in class and distance in effort to make her fifteenth run a maiden breaker. With the right pace she should track and close sweetly.
#1 Mo's MVP (Valdivia / Campbell) will contend as she makes her Turf debut after running second in a longer poly-route last out. She holds the second highest last out speed number, a three race progression, and two fine workouts. This girl should be closing swiftly after the turn.
#10 Elusive Storm (J. Lopez / Correas) is the only first time starter in this group. She is the daughter of Elusive Quality and should relish the Turf surface. Her workout tab is by far the best of the bunch with five exceptional peaking efforts. This gal appears to be ready, willing, and able.

#5 Summer Sweet + #7 Crafty's Way + #1 Mo's MVP + #10 Elusive Storm.
