King's Plate Day at Woodbine

 We journey across the Northern border for some exceptionally exciting racing focusing on the big race, The King's Plate.

A talented field of thirteen will go to the gate in Canada's premiere race.

There is plenty of speed to keep the pace rolling in this fantastic race. Speed numbers are very close making the race very competitive. All will be stretching out to this mile and a quarter distance. Only two ship in to try the Woodbine synthetic for the first time. One filly challenges the males in the race. It should be one of the best races on the day.

#8 Dewolf (Prat / K. Attard) looks ready to make a big jump in performance. He stretches out with two powerful peaking workouts. This lad should track the pace closely and explode into the stretch. A son of Silent Name [JPN], he is 75% in the money from eight starts.

#10 No Time (J. Velazquez / M. Casse) is the lone filly in the field as well as the morning line favorite. She holds the highest last out speed number and two solid workouts. She has the tactical speed to adapt to the pace. This gal loves the Tapeta and the Woodbine track. A daughter of Not This Time, she is 50% in the money from eight starts.
