Going to the Turf for Superfecta Sunday

We go to the Turf in sunny South Florida for our Superfecta Sunday.

Gulfstream Park Race 10 {1 1/8 mile~TURF~4 year-old Up~Fillies/Mares~Allowance Optional Claiming}

A field of nine ladies will hit the green in this Turf race. It comes up very light on speed. Speed numbers, however; are very close. Most come to this race with a brief freshening. It should be a great wagering race as there is parity among this field. Our task is to strap together a winning 10 CENT Superfecta box ticket.

#9 Quant (J. Velazquez / Clement) might have a slight edge with the second highest last out speed number, a two race progression, and three stamina producing workouts. She also holds the highest speed number at this distance having hit the board twice in three tries at this longer Turf route. This gal should be tracking the pace and will be part of the quickening going into the stretch. She is our Bronze Horseshoe selection.

#5 Warranty (Castellano / C. Brown) will challenge with a couple of good last out speed numbers and three sturdy workouts. She loves the Turf, distance and Gulfstream Park course. This lady will be going for her third win in a row. Expect her to be another in the tracking position ready to move going into the stretch.

#7 Enchanting Kitten (J. Ortiz / C. Brown) could go off as the favorite with the highest (tie) last out speed number, a two race progression, and three solid workouts. She is 100% in the money over the Gulfstream course in two starts. Another tracker seeking position within the quickeners.

#2 Palinodie [FR] (I. Ortiz / Clement) should contend sharing the highest last out speed number and putting in three superb workouts. This gal will be stretching out to this distance by 110 yards. She is 75% in the money from eight career starts. Another gal that should be part of the quickening crew.
