A graded Turf race is on tap for our Stakes Saturday in lovely South Florida.

A very nice field of nine will stride onto the green. There is little speed in this event. It might come down to strategy to secure the victory. Speed numbers reflect parity in this field. It could be any of these lad's race. It should be a great race.

Brown) appears ready to make a good step forward with three competitive last out speed numbers and three strong workouts, He holds the third highest speed number among this group at this distance. A son of Arch, he should track the pace closely and strike in the stretch.

#5 Channel Cat (J. Velazquez / Pletcher) should pose a great challenge with the highest last out speed number at a longer route and three sensational workouts. This guy holds the second highest speed number at the distance. A son of English Channel, he is another that will be tracking the pace and spring into the stretch.

#1 Exulting (Gaffalione / Maker) will contend with the fourth highest last out speed number and three quality peaking workouts. He will be taking on this distance for the first time. A son of Tapit, he should track the pace and gun it when he hits the stretch.

#8 Admissions Office (J. Ortiz / Lynch) should be in the mix from the opening gate. He holds the highest last out speed number and two dynamite workouts. This guy loves the surface and distance. A son of Point of Entry, he will need some pace to launch his kick.
