On this Superfecta Sunday we take in a fabulous Turf Sprint in the Big Apple.

After one scratch we have a field of nine that will hit the grass in this "Lucky Last" on the card.

Past Performances used:  Equibase.

Every entrant in the field is tested over the Turf. Four will be racing over the Aqueduct turf for the first time. All haves been tested at the distance as well. One Millionaire is in the field. It should be a very excellent race to wager and watch.

#9 Toupie (Prat / Motion) is the deserved favorite coming in with the second highest last out speed number and two sound workouts. She loves the Turf, distance, and course. This gal has the tactical speed to adapt to the pace. A daughter of Uncle Mo, she is 60% in the money from fifteen starts.

$2 WIN  /  $3 PLACE  /  $5 SHOW.

#3 Do Gooder (Castellano / Antonucci) will challenge with the highest last out speed number at a slightly longer sprint and one solid workout. She should be part of the pace scenario. This filly loves the Turf and it will be her first effort over the Aqueduct course. A daughter of Good Samaritan, she is 50% in the money from fourteen starts.

#4 Danse Macabre (Rosario / M. Clement) is tremendous over the Turf, at the distance, and on the Aqueduct course. She comes in with the third highest (tie) last out speed number and three breezy workouts. Watch her track the pace and strike in the stretch. A daughter of Army Mule, she is 81% in the money from sixteen starts.

#7 Lifelovenlaughter (Ruiz / Trombetta) should track the pace closely. She loves the Turf and distance. It will be her first effort over the Aqueduct course. This mare shares the third highest last out speed number and has put in three superb workouts. A daughter of Lemon Drop Kid, she is 57% in the money from twenty-one starts.

Other Wagering Interests

This lady last raced at a slightly longer sprint and has put in three robust workouts. She can be considered a distance specialist hitting the board in all four her races over six furlongs. A daughter of More Than Ready, she is 69% in the money from thirteen starts.

#1 Johanny (Carmouche / Harty) could be the one tracking the pace near the rear. She drops in class and cuts back from a route. Two decent workouts add to her chances. It will be her first start over the Aqueduct course. A daughter of Not This Time, she is 40% in the money from ten starts.
