A refreshing Sunday for watching those two year-olds run their legs off. Today we take a look at a rewarding race at Hollywood Park over the synthetic (Cushion) track. Hope your Sunday is a great one.
Hollywood Park Race 7 {Sharp Cat~1 1/16 mile~2 year old~fillies~Stakes}
This compact field of six could split into two packs of three; the fowardly placed and the trackers not far behind. As two year old fillies, not a single competitor in this field can be discounted. It is possible that any one of them could improve greatly. Everyone of these gals have put in excellent works over the last thirty days.
#6 Charm the Maker (Gomez / McAnally) is the one to beat with the highest speed number at this distance which happens to also be the highest last out speed number among the group. She is running a two race progression and has put in four exceptional, peaking workouts.
$2 SHOW.
#4 Willa B. Awesome (Pedroza / W. Solis) has a great foundation. She holds the third highest last out speed number at this distance, a three race progression, and three solid works. It appears she is on the verge of a great race and could surprise from a pressing position.
$2 SHOW.
#2 Killer Graces (Talamo / Hollendorfer) is another with good foundation. She holds the third highest speed number at the distance which is also the fourth highest last out speed number. This gal loves the Hollywood cushion track and has put in four superb workouts. Watch her track and close for a significant piece of the purse pie.
$2 SHOW.
Another Wagering Interest
#5 Oblivion (Rosario / Gaines) could run a magnificent effort with the second highest last out speed number at a sprint, a three race progression, and four serious workouts. Expect her to be forwardly place ready to swoop down off the final turn. Could be a major factor.

Yes!, there is a ten cent super in this small field.
