Remmington Park Race 11 {Springboard Mile~1 mile~2 year old~Stakes}
A lively group of eleven will go to the gate in this feature stakes race. There is enough forwardly placed types in here to keep an urgent pace. These lads are all close in their speed fig performances posing a handicapping challenge. We will try to cobble a winning 10 CENT Superfecta box together.
#3 Bayerd (Santana / Asmussen) should be the overall favorite with the fourth highest last out speed number and three robust workouts. This lad is 100% in the money in is four starts. He should be part of the forwardly placed contingent seeking to fire away from the pack.
#1A Conbradulations (Berry / Calhoun) should challenge with a pressing attack. He has already placed at this distance already earning the fourth highest (tie) speed number at this distance among these competitors. This lad holds a couple of decent last out speed figures, a two race progression, and two strong workouts. He, along with his coupled entry-mate, #1 Phenomenal Phoenix (Berry / Von Hemel) is our Bronze Horseshoe selection.
$2 SHOW.
#10 High Noon Rider (Bravo / Weaver) seeks to contend with the highest last out speed number, a two race progression, and two superb workouts. That highest speed number produced a win at this distance. It appears he can either hang with the boys upfront or decide to come from off the pace to chase the victory.
#4 Hillbilly Style (Court / Lukas) could surprise as he pursues his maiden win. He holds a couple of decent last out speed numbers, is coming off a longer route in which he took the place money, and has put in one grand workout. Should there be a speedy pace he should take every advantage of it.
