A mild Friday rolls into Hot Springs, Arkansas.  We look at a good six furlong race over the Arkansas dirt.

Oaklawn Park Race 8 {6 furlongs~4 year old Up~Allowance}
A solid field of nine will make their way to start.  An evenly balanced field of all types of running styles will make for a great race.

#5 Bet The Power (Stokes / Asmussen) has a slight edge with the third highest last out speed number, a three race progression, and five powerful, peaking workouts.  This guy could use enough speed to press the pace and burst into the stretch.

#9 It Doesn't Add Up (Cintron / Autrey) will present a significant challenge with the highest last out speed number, a four race progression, and three superb peaking workouts.  He should track the pace and swoop through the stretch.

Another Wagering Interest

#1 Rattlesnake Holler (I. Ocampo / Whited) is another that could be there near the wire.  He holds the second highest last out speed number at a slightly longer sprint, a two race progression, and one peaking workout.  He could make a nice closing run.

Unfortunately, Oaklawn Park will not offer a 10 CENT Superfecta for this race.

Aqueduct R7.  Our first pick, Bahia Beach, was scratched.  Our second pick, Oh So Bella, was also scratched.  Because of these key scratches we abandoned our 10 CENT Superfecta.
Superfecta went 8-1-4-2.
Bankroll remains unchanged at $8.90.
