We look North for a little heat relief and a fantastic Turf battle in Canada.
Woodbine Race 8 {Dancing Smart~G2~1 1/8 mile~TURF~3 year old Up~fillies/mares~Stakes}
A great group of seven fillies/mares will break on to the grass for this superb Turf race. Could be a difficult one to cobble a 10 CENT Superfecta box together. All are perfectly capable of finishing in the money. Let's give it a try.
#7 Marketing Mix (Leparoux / Proctor) should be the overwhelming favorite with the highest last out speed number, a two race progression, and three fluid workouts. She should be forwardly placed over a course she loves. Hard to deny this gals ability to win.
#2 Inglorious (Husbands / J. Carroll) is up to the challenge with the third highest last out speed number and two exceptional workouts. She should be found mid-pack ready to pounce on the leaders.
#4 Kissable [IRE] (Solis / Attfield) will be making her first North American start with a good record in Ireland. She comes off a ordinary layoff after two strong efforts on the Emerald Isle. She has worked out tenaciously with five terrific peaking workouts. Should be ready for this big race. She is our bronze horseshoe runner for this Sunday.
$2 SHOW.
#1 Indian Pond (Da Silva / Casse) looks ready to run a favorable race with the second highest last out speed number, a four race progression, and three solid workouts. She is another that will come from off the pace.
20 CENT Superfecta box ($4.80)
It should be noted that Woodbine does not offer a 10 CENT Superfecta, as it has a minimum of 20 CENTS on its Superfecta wagers.
#7 Marketing Mix + #2 Inglorious + #4 Kissable [IRE] + #1 Indian Pond.
