A Fantastic Friday at Beautiful Keeneland

Thank goodness for another Turf Friday. Today we take in a highly competitive graded stakes race in horse country, Kentucky.

Keeneland Race 9 {Valley View~G3~1 1/16 mile~TURF~3 year old~Fillies~Graded Stakes}
A grand field of fourteen will take to the Turf in this feature race. There is enough speed scattered throughout this large field to ensure the pace will be quick. The speed numbers are relatively comparable. It should be a marvelous race to wager and watch.

#12 Daring Dancer (Rocco / Motion) could wrestle the victory from this talented field with a couple of decent last out speed numbers and two superb peaking workouts. She holds the highest speed number over the Keeneland course. This gal will be tracking the leaders and launch into the stretch.
$2 SHOW.

#5 Fashion Fund [GB] (Rosario / McGaughey) will challenge with the third highest (4-way tie) last out speed number, a three race progression, and three solid workouts. She holds a victory over the Keeneland course and will be closing swiftly.
$1 SHOW.

Other Wagering Interests

#2 V V Goodnight (Hill / Proctor) should contend sharing the third highest last out speed number, coming off a longer route. She is working a three race progression, and has put in three stellar peaking workouts. This gal is another closer that will explode into the stretch.

#14 A Little Bit Sassy (Saez / Matz) should be in the mix with the second highest last out speed number at a longer route and three robust peaking workouts. She should be part of the forwardly placed group of runners seeking to get first jump on the crew.
