A Canadian Stakes Saturday

 We venture, virtually, up to beautiful Canada to view the third leg of the Canadian Triple Crown.

Woodbine Race 10 {Breeder's Stakes~1 1/2 mile~TURF~3 year-old~Canadian Bred~Stakes}

A great field of twelve will journey on the grass in this annual contest.

Past Performances used:  DRF  Formulator.

There is some speed to maintain an honest pace in this marathon Turf run. Speed numbers are fairly close as many in this race still continue to improve. A couple of maidens make an appearance in the race. All have yet to travel this classic distance. This race is the "lucky last" on the card and should be one of the most exciting races of the day.

#11 Told It All (Kimura / McKnight) continues to show improvement in each of his last three races. He holds the fourth highest last out speed number and two speedy workouts. This guy loves the surface and the Woodbine course. He has the tactical speed to adjust as the pace moves along. A son of Big Scream, this gelding is 57% in the money from seven career starts.

$1 WIN  /  $2 PLACE  /  $3 SHOW.

#8 Mighty Heart (Fukimoto / J. Carroll) looks to wrap up the third leg of the Canadian triple-crown seeking the win. This colt holds the highest last out speed number and three mighty workouts. He comes into this event with two wins in a row and is another that is that has good tactical speed. A son of Dramedy, he is 66% in the money from six career starts. It is possible for this talented lad to come away with a victory on the third surface of the Canadian Triple Crown.

$1 PLACE  /  $2 SHOW.

#12 Muskoka Giant (Stein / M. Casse) should improve on the stretch out with a couple of decent last out speed numbers and one efficient workout. This colt enjoy the surface and the course. He should be tracking and closing gallently coming into the stretch. A son of the mighty Curlin, he has a significant chance to outrun his odds.

$1 SHOW.

#3 Clayton (R. Hernandez / K. Attard) will be ready to roll as he makes a surface switch from dirt to Turf. This guy holds the second highest last out speed number and one sound workout. He should take up a strategic tracking trip ready to strike. A son of Bodemeister, he should relish the extra distance. This colt is 100% in the money from six career starts.
