Friday Away from the Storm

On this Friday we take a look at a nice feature race in Arkansas.

A splendid group of eight will venture to the gate.  The race comes up a little light on speed containing only a couple of forwardly placed types among the field.  All speed numbers over the distance are relatively comparable.  It should be a decent race.

#4 Owl Moon (Torres / Romans) might have the best shot at the winners circle with a victory at this distance,  a good speed number two races back, and two solid workouts.  She could improve after a brief layoff.  This gal should take up a tracking position.

#3 Call Pat (Birzer / Sims) should challenge with the highest last out speed number, a two race progression, and one stout workout.  She holds the highest speed number over the Oaklawn oval and at the distance.  If she gets a decent pace, her closing style should be advantageous.

#1 Go Go Lolo (B. Quinonez / Kardousch) could be in the mix after a nice layoff.  She holds the fourth highest (tie) last out speed number and has put in two hearty workouts.  This gal has the second highest speed number at the distance. She should be forwardly placed.

#2 Bethany Belle (Martinez / Bruggemann) should be in the hunt sharing the fourth highest last out speed number and putting in two superb peaking workouts.  She too is coming off a brief rest.  This lass will also be forwardly placed.
