Fair Grounds Race 7 {6 Furlongs~3 year-old Up~Fillies/Mares~LA~Claiming}
A small field of seven will take to the dirt in this Louisiana Claiming race. Speed is there. Speed numbers are fairly close making it a competitive event. A number in here have had modest to extended layoffs assuring some freshness to the equine talent. It should be a good race.
#5 Crimson Feline (Sutherland / Richards) has all the tools to make a break for a victory. She is coming in off an extended layoff with a couple of solid workouts. She holds the second highest speed number at the distance with an 87% in the money record at the same.
#3 Another Pinot (Bridgmohan / Broberg) should challenge coming out of a more competitive event. She holds the highest speed number at the distance. She should be forwardly placed seeking the winners circle.
#2 My Queen Olivia (Graham / Mouton) comes into this race off a modest layoff. She holds some decent speed figs in her last three. This gal has put in the best workout tab of the group and should be well positioned to hit the board.
