 We look East for some great racing in the great state of Pennsylvania.

A couple of defections have reduced this field to eight talented lads.

There is enough speed and forwardly placed types to rev up the pace. Speed numbers are all fairly close, making this one competitive. Only one millionaire is in the field. It should be an exceptionally exciting race on a great day of racing across the country.

#8 Midnight Bourbon (Santana / Asmussen) looks to improve upon his second place finish in the Travers last out. He holds the third highest last out speed number and three dynamic peaking workouts. #10 American Revolution (L. Saez / Pletcher) could surprise as he has improved nicely in each of his last three races. He holds the fourth highest last out speed number and two sound workouts.  On a beautiful Sunday at that gorgeous track, Belmont, we take in a little Turf action.

Belmont Park Race 9 {Pebbles Stakes~1 mile~TURF~3 year-old~Fillies~Stakes}

A generous field of eleven talented fillies will hit the grass in this annual affair.

There will be enough forwardly placed types to get the pace on. Speed figs are all relatively close. It could be anyone of these gals that strut into the winners circle. All seem to be well prepped for this 150 large event.

#7 Nazuna [IRE] (I. Ortiz / C. Brown) holds the highest last out speed number and three solid peaking workouts. She comes out of a grade one and a modest layoff. She will be fresh and ready to roll. Expect her to be forwardly placed among a large group of runners. A daughter of Kodiak [GB], she is 57% in the money from seven career starts.

#6 Third Draft (J. Vargas / McGaughey) will be another gal in the forwardly placed crew with the second highest last out speed number and one sound workout.
