Superfecta Sunday at Aqueduct

We take a look at a splendid Turf race at Aqueduct for this Superfecta Sunday.

The weather should be pleasant enough to keep this one on the Turf.  A wholesome field of eleven will go to the grass for this feature race.  The speed in here will likely keep the pace comfortable enough for one of the forwardly placed to pull off the victory.  Let's try to string together a winning 10 CENT Superfecta box ticket.

#10 Bay Head Beauty (Lezcano / Servis) looks likely to move forward with the third highest (tie) last out speed number at a longer Turf route, a three race progression, and one peaking workout.  She will be forwardly placed ready to romp.  This gal will be our bronze horseshoe runner for this Superfecta Sunday.

#1 Downtown Hottie (Castellano / A. Dutrow) will challenge with the fourth highest (3-way tie) last out speed number and four sturdy workouts.  Expect her to stay close and move swiftly through the stretch.

#3 Sally's Dream (C. Velasquez / Galluscio) will be in the fight with the second highest last out speed number at a longer route, a two race progression, and one hardy workout.  She should be forwardly placed ready to pounce.

#9 Shesabronxbomber (Dominguez / Rivelli) should be in the hunt with the third highest (tie) last out speed number and one decent workout.  She will be coming late with an exciting closing kick.

Betfair hollywood Park R3.  Real Quiet Stakes.  Our first pick, Fury Kapcori, finished 2nd for show money of $4.50.  Our second pick, Carving, won (1st) for show money of $2.40.  Our third pick, Simon Eyes, finished 4th.
Superfecta went 4-3-6-5.
Bankroll gets hit for a loss falling to $9.56.

Stakes Saturday at Hollywood

For this Stakes Saturday we look at a simple stakes race involving the youngsters at Hollywood Park.

Betfair Hollywood Park Race 3 {Real Quiet~1 1/16 mile~2 year old~Stakes}
A simple field of seven will hit the cushion track for this stakes race featuring youngsters.  There is both good speed and good closing capable horses in the field.  An exceptionally steady race should unfold.

#3 Fury Kapcori (Talamo / Hollendorfer) has a slight edge stretching out in this one with the third highest last out speed number, a three race progression, and four superb peaking workouts.  He has the tactical speed to wait and go.
$2 WIN / $3 SHOW.

#4 Carving (M. Garcia / Baffert) will challenge with the second highest last out speed number and four sturdy workouts.  He should be the speed of the race and if let loose on the lead, he could triumph.

#5 Simon Eyes (Nakatani / Ward) will also challenge with the highest last out speed number, a two race progression, and four stellar workouts.  He will be stretching out to a route, but should be able to handle the extra ground.

Another Wagering Interest

#7 Avare (Gomez / O'Neill) could surprise in his third career start.  He has a couple of decent last out speed numbers and has put in three strong workouts.  This guy could utilize tactical speed to great advantage.

Aqueduct R3.  Mr. Nasty Stakes.  Our first pick, Sage Valley, won (1st) for win money of $2.20 and show money of $1.60.  Our second pick, Overdriven, finished 4th.  Our third pick, Wild Target, finished 3rd for show money of $2.45.
Superfecta wagering was withdrawn due to scratches reducing the field to five.
Bankroll gets a lift to $11.76.
