Great Horse Racing Weekend

We begin our horse racing weekend with a sizzling sprint at sensational Santa Anita.

Santa Anita Race 6 {6 furlongs~4 year old Up~fillies/mares~Optional Claiming}
A splendid field of eight will line up for this dandy dirt sprint.  With tons of speed this sprint should be sizzling.

#6 Mildly Offensive (Bejarano / Gaines) looks ready coming off a extended layoff.  She holds the second highest last out speed number, a two race progression, and four super speedy workouts.  This gal can be expected to share front end duties and could better this field.
$2 SHOW.

#1 American Lady (M. Garcia / Baffert) is another coming off a long layoff.  She does hold the highest speed number at the distance and has put in four exceptionally swift workouts.  She should be forwardly placed ready for a first strike in the stretch.
$2 SHOW.

Other Wagering Interests

#8 Chukchi Sunrise (Krigger / Morey) is another speedy type that be counted on for a strong challenge.  She has the highest last out speed number, a three race progression, and three robust workouts.  This mare has nine wins to her credit which could provide an edge.

#2 Miss Radiance (Gomez / Puype) is the tracker/closer in the race that could benefit most from a torrid pace.  She holds the fourth highest last out speed number and has posted three solid, peaking workouts.  Could surprise the field running in the stretch.

10 CENT Superfecta
