A reduced field of eight will go to the gate in this competitive stakes contest.

There is plenty of speed to put these fellas on a real tear. Speed numbers are fairly close. Three have never raced over synthetic, but might have the pedigree to get over it nicely. It should be a very nice race.

#2 Nobals (Corrales / Rivelli) should be the deserved favorite with the highest last out speed number and two hearty workouts. This guy is 100% in the money from three starts over the surface. Look for him to track the pace very closely ready to strike in the stretch. A son of Noble Mission [GB], he is 60% in the money from five career starts.

#4 Trikitraki (Leon / Zerpa) will challenge coming off two wins in a row down at Gulfstream Park. He should be forwardly placed in the thick of the battle on the front end. A son of Maclean's Music, he holds a 100% win rate from two career starts.

#3 Private Road (S. Gonzalez / Spicer) ran a respectable speed number last out here at Turfway earning the fourth highest last out speed number. He should track the pace closely. A son of More Than Ready, he is 50% in the money from four career starts.
