Off we go for a little East Coast tangle on the dirt. While Virginia may be for lovers, Maryland is for horse lovers. This is a smashing Laurel card. We check in an excellent mile race on the dirt.

 On a day loaded with great races across the North American continent, we look in on an opening weekend stakes race in spectacular Hot Springs, Arkansas.

A talented group of eleven ladies will go to the gate in this annual affair.

Those gals that have raced over the Turfway track have been quite successful. Only two in the field have yet to travel this precise distance. It should be a fantastic evening of racing in Kentucky.
