Stakes Saturday at the "Big A"

Turf action is the call for our Stakes Saturday. A sweet long route at the "Big A".

Aqueduct Race 8 {Red Smith Handicap~G3~1 3/8 mile~TURF~3 year-old Up~Graded Stakes}

A decent field of ten will hit the New York green in this graded event. There is some speed which should create an honest pace. Speed figs come up fairly close making for a competitive race. In terms of field size and quality of the equines, it should be one of the better Turf battles of the day.

#2 Money Multiplier (Castellano / C. Brown) should be the deserved favorite with the highest (tie) speed number at the distance, a couple of very good last out speed numbers and four high quality workouts. A son of Lookin At Lucky, he should travel close to the pace and create a path to victory.
$1 WIN  /  $2 PLACE  /  $3 SHOW.

#3 Get Jets (J. Velazquez / A. Dutrow) should challenge with the fourth highest last out speed number and four superb peaking workouts. He should find a good tracking position and explode into the stretch. A son of Scat Daddy, this lad is in great form having won his last two races.
