Superfecta Sunday in Sunny Southern Cal

Congratulations to Justify and his connections on becoming the thirteenth Triple Crown champion. The Belmont Stakes was a tremendous race.

Today we take in a meat and potato claiming race in sunny southern California.

Santa Anita Park Race 6 {7 Furlongs~4 year-old Up~Claiming}

A good group of ten horses will go to the gate in this claiming event. It comes up a little light on speed with a few in here that could be forwardly placed. It feels like it will be a tactical race. Speed numbers for these maidens are somewhat close making for a super competitive race. Our task is to stitch together a winning 10 CENT Superfecta box ticket.

#6 Dare to Enter (Bejarano / Pender) looks much the best as he drops in from a more competitive event. He holds the second highest last out speed number, a three race progression, and two sound workouts. This lad should be tracking the pace. He is our Bronze Horseshoe selection.
$2 SHOW.

#5 Moonman (Pedroza / Treece) should challenge with the third highest last out speed number at a route and two robust workouts. This guy has logged in the highest speed number over the track and surface amongst this group. He could scoot from the gate and be forwardly placed ready to pounce.

#10 Trojan Time (Elliott / Truman) could go off as the favorite with the highest last out speed number, a two race progression, and two superb workouts. He appears to love the Santa Anita track and will be advancing in distance. This guy might also be part of the forwardly placed crew.

#3 Wheresthemoneyjack (Fuertes / Marquez) already has a win at this distance securing the second highest speed number of the group. He holds a couple of good last out speed numbers and one stout workout. He looks to improve with his second effort this season.

10 CENT Superfecta Box ($2.40)

#6 Dare to Enter  +  #5 Moonman  +  #10 Trojan Time  +  #3 Wheresthemoneyjack.
