 We get our fix of Turf action from the borough of Queens as we look in on an excellent stakes race at the "Big A".

This contest comes up light on speed. There are three forwardly placed types that could take the lead by default. Nonetheless there will be a group quickening when the field turns for home. #1 Quinevere [GER] (Carmouche / Atras) looks to continue to improve her speed numbers in every outing. She has hit the board at the distance. This gal comes in from California to test her mettle amongst these East coast Turf specialists. She has put in two good workouts during a short layoff. A daughter of Lord of England [GER], she is 50% in the money from six career starts.

#12 Flown (J. Ortiz / Walsh) is the only one to hit the board at this distance three times from three tries. She is yet another that will run in the tracker / closer herd. This gal has put in three dynamite workouts in preparation. Prior to a modest layoff she ran third in a longer grade three route.
