 We venture to the great Northwest (virtually, of course) to take in the famed Longacres Mile Stakes on a day with many great stakes races across the country.

There is plenty of speed to launch a cracking pace. Speed figs are very close making it extremely competitive. #3 Majestic Eagle (Cannon / Drysdale) holds the highest last out speed number, albeit on the Turf, and four sensational peaking workouts. He has made his mark on the Turf and will try the Emerald dirt for the first time. A son of Medaglia d'Oro, he is 44% in the money from thirty-eight career starts.
