Fillies go to the Turf in the Lake Placid

 On this Stakes Saturday there are a number of great races across the continent. We will focus in on the action in the great State of New York.

This reduced field has sufficient speed to keep the pace rolling. Speed numbers are very close which should make the race quite competitive. Half the field has raced over the Saratoga course. All have been well prepped for the race. It should be a stellar race on a great day of racing.

This lady loves the Turf and the distance. This will be her first race over the Saratoga Turf. A daughter of Night of Thunder, she is 60% in the money from five starts.

#5 Spaliday (Dettori / C. Brown) should track and close aggressively. She holds the third highest last out speed number and three sound workouts. This gal excels over the Turf and at the distance.
