 We go to the Turf on this Superfecta Sunday looking at the penultimate race under the Twin Spires.

There is overflowing speed in this one which may produce a wicked pace. Speed figs are fairly close among these ladies. Only four have raced over the Churchill course. #9 Fantastical (Concepcion / Sharp) comes in from "Baqueduct" with the third highest last out speed number and four stout workouts. Let's Go Early on the Turf at the Breeder's Cup

 Let's take a look at the Turf race before the Breeder's Cup races begin. Named after one of the finest Turf milers ever, the Goldikova.

A fine field of ten ladies will hit the green in this fantastic race.

There is a good amount of speed to bring forth a strong pace. Speed numbers are fairly close making it very competitive. Two Euros make the field. The balance are all North American based horses. Half the field will race at Del Mar for the first time. It should be an excellent race heading into the Breeder's Cup races.
