Let's do a Grade Two at Aqueduct

 On this Stakes Saturday we take in a fantastic grade two with 2026 Kentucky Derby points on the line.

An extremely field of eleven will hit the dirt in this annual contest.

All but one in this field will be stretching out to the distance. There is enough speed to produce an honest pace. Speed numbers are fairly close making it competitive race. Four will try the Aqueduct track for the first time. It should be a very exciting race.

#5 Chambersville (C. Elliott / McPeek) will be making a surface switch from Turf to dirt, but should handle it well. This lad should track the pace. He holds the highest last out speed number and four strong peaking workouts. A son of Twirling Candy, he is 66% in the money from three starts.

#2 Paladin (Prat / C. Brown) is the morning line favorite. He holds a good last out speed number and four consistent workouts. This guy will stretch out and try the Aqueduct track for the first time. He will be part of the tracker pack. A son of Gun Runner, he holds a 100% win rate in his only start.

#6 Courting (J. Velazquez / Pletcher) could show speed on the front-end. He will be making his third start while stretching out. This guy won his last earning a good speed fig. Two fine workouts assist his efforts. A son of Curlin, he holds a 50% win rate from two starts.

#3 I Did I Did (Rosario / Maker) will stretch out with the second highest last out speed number and three superb workouts. It will be his first attempt over the Aqueduct track. #11 Talkin (Carmouche / Gargan) is another expected to race among the tracker pack. He holds the third highest (tie) last out speed number and three decent workouts. This guy exits a grade one event. A son of Good Magic, he is 100% in the money from two starts.

#10 Balboa (Santana / B. Russell) has the tactical speed to go with whatever pace develops. He holds the fourth highest last out speed number and one solid workout. This guy makes the shift from sprint to route. A son of Not This Time, he is 60% in the money from five starts.
