Aqueduct and Santa Anita, Again

Hooray for Friday.  Two fine races to look at today.

Aqueduct Race 8 {Personal Girl Stakes~6 furlongs~4 year old Up~fillies/mares}
Could be a very close race.  Afleet Alexandra (Fragoso / Ferraro) exits a race with the highest speed number.  She has a bullet workout and is 100% in the money at the distance as well as at Aqueduct.  Should win.  Motor City Mama (Napravnik / Englehart) shows decent speed at the distance and a good workout.  Will strike from a pressing position.  Meese Rocks (Chavez / Barker) has the best speed at the distance and has posted a peaking workout.  Silvercup Baby (Dominguez / Domino) has the second best speed number at the distance  and a strong workout.  Any one of these four could post the victory.  Let's play Aqueduct.

10 CENT Superfecta:  #8 Afleet Alexander / #2 Motor City Mama / #6 Meese Rocks / #3 Silvercup Baby

Santa Anita Race 3 {1 mile~Turf~4 year old Up~fillies/mares~Allowance}
Looks like a terrific turf race.  Win Allison Win (V. Espinoza / Herrick) looks to have a slight edge with the best last out speed number and three powerful peaking workouts.  Should close fo the victoy.  Lady Alex (Bejarano / Sadler) has the second best last out speed number coupled with three solid workouts.  The wild card here is the Irish bred Turning Top(IRE) (Ahern / Callaghan).  She has a decent record on the surface and at the distance.  She has posted three peaking workouts and should be the surprise.  Woman Warrior (Smith / Headly)  has posted two furious workouts and could step up fabulously.  Let's play Santa Anita.
