Stakes Saturday at Glorious Keeneland

We celebrate our Stakes Saturday by taking in a graded stakes route as the Keeneland meet comes to a close.

Keeneland Race 9 {Fayette~G1~1 1/8 mile~3 year-old Up~Graded Stakes}

A great group of skilled horses will go to the gate in this annual graded stakes route. There is enough speed to potentially bring some heat to the pace. Speed numbers are reasonably close which will make a competitive event. There are a couple of millionaires in the race adding some luster to the event. It should be a very exciting race.

#5 Chocopologie (C. Hernandez / Devereaux) might have the edge with a furious pace. He holds the fourth highest last out speed number, a two race progression, and one solid workout. This lad is 100% in the money from ten starts. This son of Candy Ride [ARG] should be tracking the pace ready to strike.
$1 WIN  /  $2 PLACE  /  $3 SHOW.

#3 Kasaqui [ARG] (Albarado / Correas) will be switching from turf to dirt. He holds the highest last out speed number, a three race progression, and two stout workouts. A son of Lasting Approval, he is another that should be tracking the pace ready to move swiftly into the stretch.
$1 PLACE  /  $2 SHOW.

#8 Divining Rod (Geroux / Delacour) will be stretching out seeking further improvement. He shows a couple of good last out performances capturing the win in each. This guy has put in three sound workouts prepping for this race. A son of Tapit, he could be forwardly placed hoping to get first jump going into the stretch.
$1 SHOW.

Another Wagering Interest

#6 Prayer for Relief (Lanerie / Romans) comes in after an extended layoff. Prior to that he was seen racing in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He does hold the second highest speed fig at the distance. A millionaire, he has put in four sensational workouts in preparation for his return to racing. This son of Jump Start should track and close gallantly.
