Superfecta Sunday in the Pacific Northwest

We travel (digitally speaking, of course) to the beautiful Pacific Northwest to take in a wonderful Stakes mile.

Emerald Downs Race 7 {Longacre Mile~G3~1 mile~3 year-old Up~Graded Stakes}

A fascinating field of eleven will go to the gate in this two turn stakes mile. There is speed to carry the pace forward. Speed figs are very close making this race very competitive. Our task is to solder together a winning 10 CENT Superfecta box ticket. It should be an excellent race to wager and watch.

#2 Solid Wager (J. Gutierrez / Maker) looks to be in good form with the second highest last out speed number at a longer route and two sound workouts. This guy comes in from the Kentucky racing circuit. He holds the second highest speed number at the distance. A son of Birdonthewire, he will be running late into a swift pace.

#8 Anyportinastorm (J Hernandez / Wright) should go off as the deserved favorite seeking to win his fourth in a row. He holds the highest last out speed number at a sprint and four endurance enhancing workouts. This lad will be stretching out to this distance for the first time. A son of City Zip, he has the potential to wire this field.

#3 Oh Marvelous Me (Carreno / Wright) looks to take another step forward as a consistent Emerald Downs player. He holds a 100% in the money record at this distance from three tries. His speed figs match well with these fellas. A son of Blue Grass Cat, he should be tracking and closing into the pace. He is our Bronze Horseshoe selection.
$2 SHOW.

#4 Rocky Tough (Couton / McCanna) should challenge with the fourth highest speed number at the distance and two prime workouts. This guy loves the distance and the dirt. He is another that comes in from Kentucky.  A son of Paddy O'Prado, he should close fiercely into the stretch.

10 CENT Superfecta Box ($2.40)

#2 Solid Wager  +  #8 Anyportinastorm  +  #3 Oh Marvelous Me  +  #4 Rocky Tough.
