Stakes Saturday in the Midwest Heat

We will enjoy our Stakes Saturday under sunny skies and terrific warmth.

Arlington International Race 6 {Chicago Handicap~G3~7 Furlongs~3 year-old Up~Fillies/Mares~Graded Stakes}

A great crop of nine talented ladies will go to the gate in this annual affair. There is enough speed to maintain an honest pace. Speed numbers are fairly close which should make for a competitive event. A couple of these gals are exited grade ones. It should be a great race on the Arlington poly-track.

#5 Sarah Sis (Valdivia / Mason) might have the edge with the highest speed number at this distance and four spectacular workouts. She is 100% in the money over the Arlington surface from two tries. A daughter of Sharp Humor, this gal should be forwardly placed ready to strike.
$2 WIN  /  $3 SHOW.

#8 Minks Aprise (A. Solis / Dickinson) is the California invader that will mount a serious challenge with the second highest last out speed number over the downhill Turf at Santa Anita. She has put in three sharp peaking workouts in preparation. This daughter of Northern Afleet will cruise along ready to quicken going into the stretch.
$2 SHOW.

#9 Seeking Treasure (F. Torres / Mathews) should contend with the highest last out speed number, a three race progression, and two superb workouts. She is dropping in from a mile Turf run. A daughter of Run Away and Hide she should close furiously with the right pace.
$2 SHOW.

Another Wagering Interest

#3 You Bought Her (Murrill / Hinsley) should be there in the closing paces with a couple of decent last out speed numbers, a two race progression, and four powerful peaking workouts. This daughter of Graeme Hall is coming out of a Grade One and has a superb record at this distance.
