OKLAHOMA. Where the horses come speedily down the stretch...

 Yes, It's Oklahoma Derby day on this Superfecta Sunday.

Remington Park Race 10 {Oklahoma Derby~G3~1 1/8 mile~3 year-old~Graded Stakes}

A great will shape up as nine will go to the gate in this annual competition.

Past Performances used:  TimeFormUS

This race looks to be very exciting as any of these lads have an opportunity to pull off the victory. There is sufficient speed to maintain an honest pace. Speed numbers are fairly close. Only three have races over the Remington Park track, the rest will dig into for the first time. Five of these entrants have already gone this distance. Our task is to lasso a winning 10 CENT Superfecta Box ticket. Hopefully we all have a fantastic day.

#5 Shared Sense (Eramia / B. Cox) should have a slight edge with the third highest last out speed number and four superb workouts. He is rested and ready to take another step forward. This colt will be tracking the pace ready to strike in the stretch A son of Street Sense, he is 55% in the money from nine career starts. He is our Bronze Horseshoe selection.

$2 SHOW.

#9 Dean Martini (Cabrera / Amoss) will pose a significant challenge with the highest last out speed number and three powerful workouts. This gelding will be tracking the pace closely and might get first jump on the leaders heading into the stretch. A son of Cairo Prince, he is 81% in the money from eleven career starts.

#4 Liam (L. Luzzi / Asmussen) could surprise as he stretches out to this distance. He has improved his speed numbers nicely in each of his last three races and has put in one solid workout. This colt should be part of the pace scenario seeking to wire the field. A son of Liam's Map, he is 66% in the money from three career races.

#2 Creative Plan (O. Mojica / Broberg) is another that will be stretching out to this distance with three very fine last out speed numbers complete with two wins in a row. This gelding should be forwardly placed. A son of Creative Cause, he is 72% in the money from seven career races.

10 CENT Superfecta Box ($2.40)

#5 Shared Sense  +  #9 Dean Martini  +  #4 Liam  +  #2 Creative Plan.
