New York on Our Mind

We start our horse racing weekend out at the "Big A" with a nice New York Allowance race.

Aqueduct Race 8 {1 mile~3 year old Up~New York~Allowance}
A nifty group of nine are expected to make the start in this race.  Smooth Transition (J. Rodriguez / Martin) looks fine tuned to score a win with the highest last out speed number and two good workouts.  Goodbyeandgoodluck (Solis / Hertler) will challenge with the fourth highest last out speed number, a two race progression, and two solid, peaking workouts.  Whateverittakes (C. Velasquez / Schosberg) looks good enough to run a decent race with the third highest last out speed number and two athletic workouts.  Gold Close To Home (Rivera / Morrison) also looks good with the second highest last out speed number and one strong workout.  Let's play Aqueduct on what appears will be a nice sunny, crisp day.

$1 WIN / SHOW:  #7 Smooth Transition.
$1 PLACE / SHOW:  #4 Goodbyeandgoodluck.
10 CENT Superfecta:  #7 Smooth Transition / #4 Goodbyeandgoodluck / #1 Whateverittakes, #2 Gold Close To Home / #1, #2.

Last Sunday's (11/25) Results
Hollywood R9. Hollywood Derby. Our pick, Sebastian Flyte [GB], finished 2nd for $2.40 in show money.  Superfecta went 8-3-4-6.
Bankroll inches up a couple of dimes to $3.60.  We will supplement with $10.00 for this horse racing weekend.
