Last Stakes Saturday of 2012

Hard to believe 2012 is almost over.  Only days away from what promises to be a thrilling 2013.  On this last Stakes Saturday of the year we turn to a sprint in fabulous Florida.

Gulfstream Park Race 5 {Mr. Prospector~G3~6 furlongs~3 year old Up~Stakes}
A small field of six professionals will go to the start.  This is a speed laden event that sets up well for those that stay close, but come off from the pace.  it should be a great race.

#6 Indiano (Saez / Wolfson) looks to have an edge in a smokin' pace.  He should bide his time and then come running with the second highest last out speed number and three modest workouts.  He shows the highest speed number at the distance.
$1 WIN / $1 SHOW.

#5 Partyallnightlong (Lezcano / Broome) could be getting ready for a new year celebration coming off an extended layoff.  He has done well off of all layoffs, mostly winning.  This guy has the third highest speed number at the distance and four very strong workouts prepping for a return to the track.  His pressing style will suit him well.
$1 PLACE / $1 SHOW.

#1 Bull Dozer (Castellano / Maker) could be sneaky good in here with a couple of decent improving speed numbers, a two race progression, and two stout workouts.  He is another that might sit back and see how the pace develops.  Second highest speed number over the course helps his effort.
$1 SHOW.

Another Wagering Interest

#4 Action Andy (J. Velazquez / Garcia) will certainly be in the mix with the highest last out speed number and one efficient workout.  He should be forwardly placed holding the second highest speed number at the distance.

#6 Indiano / #5 Partyallnightlong / #1 Bull Dozer / #4 Action Andy.
