Superfecta Sunday at Santa Anita

We once again look to mighty Santa Anita Park to try to put together a winning 10 CENT Superfecta ticket.

Santa Anita Park Race 5 {San Vicente~G2~7 furlongs~3 year old~Stakes}
A small field of six will dazzle in this annual graded stakes sprint.  There is enough speed to keep the pace honest. All in here have put together a solid workout tab.  Consequently, everyone of these boys could find their way to the winners circle.  Our task is to string together a winning 10 CENT Superfecta ticket.

#2 Rprettyboyfloyd (Bejarano / Brewer) is still a maiden, but has the best shot at a gallant improvement.  He holds the third highest last out speed number and one solid workout.  Despite having not won in his two career races, he has been in the money both times.

#6 Kobe's Back (Rosario / Sadler) will tackling dirt for the first time, but his pedigree suggests that he will like it.  He holds the second highest speed number at this distance and has put in four spectacular works prepping for this one.  This lad could be closing swiftly into a solid pace.

#3 Papa Turf (Talamo / Kasparoff) should be able to improve once again with the second highest speed number, a three race progression, and three superb peaking workouts.  He has a versatile running style which will benefit him in this race.  He is also 100% in the money over the Santa Anita track in three starts.  He is our Bronze Horseshoe runner.
$2 SHOW.

#5 Cherubim (Smith / Callaghan) will be stretching out to this longer sprint having secured the highest last out speed number among this crew.  He has put in four excellent workouts.  This guy should be very close to the pace seeking to get first jump on the field going into the stretch.

Other Wagering Interests

#4 Roger Rocket (Nakatani / Baffert) will be making his second start having won at first asking.  He has put in three strong peaking workouts and should take up a tracking position.
This guy posted a decent speed number in that first effort.

#1 Grazen's Hope (M. Garcia / Miyadi) should be the speed of the race and if left loose on the front end, lookout.  He will be making his first start on dirt after two in the money efforts over the Tapeta at Golden Gate Fields.  This guy is coming off a route with two hearty workouts.

10 CENT Superfecta ($2.40)
We will not box today with this exceptional field.  Instead we will deploy what we call the Lambrakis method based upon the pocket book entitled, The 10 Cent Superfecta: Complete Guide to Wagering and Winning, by Paul N. Lambrakis.
