Superfecta Sunday on Jersey Turf

Kudos to the New York Racing Association for putting together a fantastic Belmont Stakes day card.  It was a tremendously exciting Belmont Stakes race.  Congrats to the connections of Tonalist for the win.  And to California Chrome for giving his all and creating some horse racing buzz.

On to the Jersey Shore for Superfecta Sunday.  We look in on a fabulous Turf contest.

Monmouth Park Race 11 {Monmouth Stakes~G2~1 1/8 mile~TURF~3 year old Up~Stakes}
A quality group of fourteen Turfers will battle in this annual contest.  There is sufficient speed to keep the pace rolling.  This herd has very tightly grouped speed numbers overall, on the Turf, and at the distance. It could be a wild one like those run across the pond.  Our task is to tack together a winning 10 CENT Superfecta box ticket.

#14 Bad Debt (Serpa / Trombetta) could be the veteran that gets the job done with the second highest last out speed number, a three race progression, and three robust workouts.  Look for him to chase the pace and hit the stretch running.

#3 Speaking of Which [IRE] (Bravo / Clement) should be in contention with excellent tracking capability.  He holds the fourth highest (tie) last out speed number, a two race progression, and three stout workouts.  He is our Bronze Horseshoe runner.
$2 SHOW.

#11 Lochte (Bocachica / Vitali) should present a mighty challenge with a couple of high quality last out speed numbers and two fastidious workouts.  This lad holds the highest speed number at the distance and should be tracking the pace closely.

#5 Tricky Hat [CHI] should contend with a couple of very good last out speed numbers.  He is coming off a longer route putting in three superb peaking workouts.  His tactical speed will be put to good use.  This guy will be firing fresh after a thirty day rest period.

10 CENT Superfecta Box ($2.40)

#14 Bad Debt  +  #3 Speaking of Which [IRE]  +  #11 Lochte  +  #5 Tricky Hat [CHI].
