A Del Mar kinda Superfecta Sunday

On to Southern California for Superfecta Sunday. Today we look at a highly competitive
Turf mile for maidens.

Del Mar Race 9 {1 mile~TURF~3 year old Up~CA~Maiden Special Weight}
A earnest group of twelve will gallop onto the Turf in this terrific contest. It comes up a little light on speed, but most of these lads are still learning their way around the track. The speed numbers come in closely matched. It should be a heck of a race. Our task is to fuse together a winning combination for our 10 CENT Superfecta box ticket.

#4 Itsgetinhotinhere (Van Dyke / Belvoir) could be the deserved favorite with the highest last out speed number, a two race progression, and three fabulous workouts. He is coming off a brief rest and should fire fresh making a triumphant closing run. He is our Bronze Horseshoe selection.
$2 SHOW.

#2 City State (Antongeorgi / Fanning) should challenge with the second highest last out speed number a five race progression, and three superb workouts. He could end of leading the pack through moderate fractions and take all. This guy also has the second highest speed number at the mile distance.

#10 Easy Ten (Gryder / Diodoro) is a first time starter that has put in a top-notch workout tab in preparation for his debut race. It remains to be seen what type of running style he relishes, but if his connections send him, he could wire this field.

#9 Feed the Fire (T. Baze / Kruljac) should be expected to improve in his third start after a brief freshening. He holds a couple of o.k. last out speed numbers, but has put in three stellar, peaking workouts.  Watch this guy track the pace and scoot through the stretch.

10 CENT Superfecta Box ($2.40)
