Stakes Saturday in Wonderful Florida

On to the Sunshine State for an exciting Turf match-up.

Gulfstream Park West Race 7 {Tropical Turf Handicap~G3~1 1/8 mile~TURF~3 year old Up~Graded Stakes}
A supreme group of nine will hit the grass in this featured stakes race. Hopefully it stays on the Turf. There is enough speed to the inside to keep the pace honest. The speed figs closely resemble one another. It should be a great race.

#2 Lubash (Blanc / Clement) might have the edge with the highest last out speed number, and one solid workout. This son of Freud will be running close to the pace and hopefully breakoff from the group in the stretch run.
$1 WIN  / $2 SHOW.

#9 Karibu Gardens (Goncalves / J. Carroll) could surprise with an excellent run two back up at Woodbine. His last out was o.k. at a longer route and he has put in three outstanding workouts prepping for this one. This son of Flower Alley should be tracking ready to close well.
$1 SHOW.

#3 Reporting Star (Marquez / Parente) should challenge with the fourth highest last out speed number at a longer route and one terrific workout. This son of Circular Quay should be forwardly placed ready to rumble.
$1 SHOW.

Another Wagering Interest

#1 Rapscallion (Saez / Motion) should contend with the second highest last out speed number at a longer route, a two race progression, and two robust workouts. This son of Speightstown has a versatile running style that should fit nicely into whatever pace develops.

10 CENT Superfecta

#2 Lubash  /  #9 Karibu Gardens  /  #3 Reporting Star  /  #1 Rapscallion.
