Horse Racing Weekend begins as Arlington Meet nears End

We start off our Horse Racing Weekend as the Arlington meet nears its end. On the Turf for some spectacular racing action.

Arlington International Race 9 {1 1/16 mile~TURF~3 year-old up~Claiming}

A solid group of twelve will hit the green in this low level claiming contest. There is some speed to keep the pace rolling. Speed numbers are very close which should produce a competitive event. A few in here are trying the Arlington Turf for the first time with one trying Turf for the very first time. It should be a terrific race on a beautiful Chicago day.

#1 Summer Spice (Murrill / Stidham) should go off as the deserved favorite with the highest last out speed number, a three race progression, and two good workouts. This lad holds the highest speed number at the distance and has hit the board 72% of the time at same. he should be tracking and closing well.
$2 WIN  /  $3 SHOW.

Other Wagering Interests

#9 Find Silver (Felix / D. Bennett) should challenge with the fourth highest last out speed number. He has hit the board both times while traveling this distance and has achieved the third highest speed number at same. He could be leading on the front end.
