Superfecta Sunday on the New York Turf

A very Happy Father's day to sires everywhere.
Off we go for a fabulous Turf race in the city that never sleeps.

Belmont Park Race 8 {Poker~G3~1 mile~TURF~4 year-old Up~Graded Stakes}

A smashing field of nine will enter the green in this annual event. There is enough speed to create an honest pace. It is literally any horse's race as these fellas are equally matched. The speed figures are exceptionally close making it an excellent wagering race. Our task is to string together a winning 10 CENT Superfecta box ticket. It should be one of the best races on the day.

#4 Gucci Factor (Rosario / Clement) looks ready to win his third in a row with the second highest (tie) last out speed number. This guy loves the course and distance. A son of Gio Ponti, he should track the pace closely and charge into the stretch. He is our Bronze Horseshoe selection.
$1 SHOW.

#9 Dr. Edgar (D. Davis / Tagg) could go off as the favorite sharing the second highest last out speed number and putting in three solid workouts. He could take charge on the front end as one of three willing to show speed. A son of Lookin at Lucky, he is 100% in the money at this distance from four starts.

#1 Clyde's Image (Castellano / T. Bush) should present a mighty challenge with the highest last out speed number at  a longer route and three dynamic workouts. He does have tactical speed to feel out the pace scenario and adapt accordingly. A son of Get Stormy, he does love this distance and shares the highest speed fig at it.

#8 Breaking the Rules (J. Velazquez / McGaughey) will contend with the third highest speed number at the distance and four superb peaking workouts. This lad enjoys the Belmont course and distance. A son of War Front, he should settle into a nice tracking position and launch into the stretch.

10 CENT Superfecta Box ($2.40)

#4 Gucci Factor  +  #9 Dr. Edgar  +  #1 Clyde's Image  +  #8 Breaking the Rules.
