Holiday Monday Racing Action in Pennsylvania

Enjoying a nice Holiday Monday off with some Turf action in Pennsylvania.

PARX Race 10 {Turf Monster Stakes~G3~5 Furlongs~3 year-old Up~Graded Stakes}

A smashing field of eleven will engage in this featured Turf sprint. There is plenty of speed to make the pace hot. Speed figs are fairly close with many in here hitting the elusive triple digit. Only one millionaire in the group,Pure Sensation, who will undoubtedly be the favorite. It should be one of the most exciting races on this Labor Day.

#11 Pure Sensation (P. Lopez / Clement) checks all the boxes and should go off as the favorite with the highest speed number and one serious bullet workout. He holds a 100% in the money record at Parx from seven starts. A son of Zensational, he should battling with the large contingent of forwardly placed runners.
$2 WIN  /  $3 SHOW.

#9 Texas Wedge (Lanerie / Miller) comes in from the Kentucky racing circuit with the fifth highest speed number at the distance and three hearty workouts. This guy appears to be in food form. He holds a 75% in the money record from eight career starts. This well traveled son of Colonel John, should be in the second tier of runners looking for a hole to shoot through coming into the stretch.
$2 SHOW.

#2 Justaholic (Carrasco / Clark) should challenge with the second highest last out speed number at a slightly longer sprint. This guy holds an 88% in the money record from nine career starts and has already posted a win at this distance in his only start at it. A son of Justin Phillip, he should be part of the speed contingent on the front end.
$2 SHOW.

#8 Dubini (Carmouche / Demasi) should contend with the third highest last out speed number and two robust workouts. This lad has the tactical speed to track the pace closely and giddy-up in the stretch. He is 56% in the money from sixteen starts. A son of the great Turf sire, Gio Ponti, he does enjoy this distance.
