A Belmont Friday

A pleasant Friday to watch horse racing at its best.  We peer at Belmont Park for a highly competitive sprint race.

Belmont Park Race 8 {7 furlongs~3 year old Up~fillies/mares~Optional Claiming}
A sprint clash between seven fabulous gals.  A little bit of speed with the balance coming from off the pace should make this an interesting one.

#7 Hard Life (Dominguez / R. Dutrow) looks ready to make another good run with the second highest last out speed number off a route, a six race progression, and three aggressive workouts.  She could come from off the pace smoothly.
$2 SHOW.

#2 Bid A Moon (C. Velasquez / Schosberg) will challenge with the third highest last out speed number and two solid workouts.  She has traveled nicely over the Belmont track sharing the second highest speed number over it.
$2 SHOW.

Other Wagering Interests

#6 Ullapool (Castellano / Kenneally) will be the speed of the race with the highest last out speed number, a three race progression, and three excellent workouts.  She should be the favorite and could wire this field.

#4 Cherokee Trick (Lezcano / Englehart) will be in the mix with the fourth highest (tie) last out speed number, a two race progression, and two good workouts.  She should be able to track and pounce into a honest pace.
