Saratoga Stakes Saturday

We roll up on Stakes Saturday with a look at a tremendous graded stakes race out at the Spa.

Saratoga Race 10 {TVG Coaching Club American Oaks~G1~1 1/8~3 year old~filly~Stakes}
A fine bunch of six fillies will make the start in this prime event.  A good number of forwardly placed gals may make it a strong pace setting up for those who will come from off the pace.  All are equally talented making it anyone's race.

#2 Disposablepleasure (Napravnik / Pletcher) appears ready to run a big race with the third highest last out speed number, a five race progression, and two diligent workouts.  This Triple Crown Nominated gal may have just the right pace set-up for a closing rush.
$1 WIN / $2 SHOW.

#5 Zo Impressive (Maragh / Albertrani) is another that may benefit from a fast pace with the second highest last out speed number, a three race progression, and two stout workouts.  She can stay close to the pace and move smoothly through the stretch.
$1 PLACE / $1 SHOW.

#4 Funny Proposition (Bridgmohan / Casse) could surprise coming off a route at this distance over the green.  She has posted a couple of decent last out speed numbers and has put in two robust workouts.  She is a presser that relishes the dirt surface.
$1 SHOW.

Another Wagering Interest

#6 In Lingerie (Castellano / Pletcher) should figure prominently with a decent last out speed number that gained her a win at this distance.  She has put in four superb workouts.  The question is what running style will she bring to this dance?  The Victoria's Secret style, swift and sure or the Target style, holding back and dashing through.  Based on her past performance pattern, she may go Victoria challenging the front running types.

10 CENT Superfecta
Due to the small field there is no 10 CENT Superfecta offered.
