Superfecta Sunday in Tampa

Superfecta Sunday already?! Yes, as we take a look at a fine Turf battle near the Gulf coast of Florida.

Tampa Bay Downs Race 10 {1 mile~TURF~4 year old Up~Claiming}
A splendid field of ten will take to the green in this contentious turf battle. There is plenty of speedy and forwardly placed types to keep the pace rolling. All in here are displaying somewhat similar speed figs with varying results last out. It should be a very competitive event. Our task is to try to hook four together to hit a winning 10 CENT Superfecta box ticket.

#9 Roman Officer (Vega / Dini) might sneak up on these with the third highest last out speed number, a three race progression, and three powerful workouts. Expect this lad to be close to the pace and spring into the stretch with a dashing run. He is coming off a longer route which may aid his effort.

#3 Spivey (Figueroa / Raymond) should challenge with a couple of decent last out speed figures in which he hit the board in both. This lad is 100% in the money at this distance and has put in two robust workouts. He should travel just off the pace ready to strike. Our Bronze Horseshoe selection.
$1 SHOW.

#5 Go Bernie Go (De La Cruz / Navarro) will contend with a couple of decent last out speed figs. He should be the speed of the speed and might not surrender to easily coming off a longer route. This guy shows a 60% in the money performance at the mile distance from five starts.

#4 Huntstown (Lebron / Mogge) should be in the hunt with the highest speed number at the distance, a couple of decent last out speed numbers, and one solid workout. He too should be following the pace closely seeking an opening to drive into the stretch.

10 CENT Superfecta Box ($2.40)

#9 Roman Officer  +  #3 Spivey  +  #5 Go Bernie Go  +  #4 Huntstown.
