Furlong Friday at Pimlico

A beautiful Furlong Friday as we enter into the Memorial Day weekend.

Pimlico Race 9 {6 furlongs~3 year old Up~fillies/mares~Lifetime Claiming}
An interesting group of nine ladies will make the start in this winners of one race. There is plenty of forwardly placed gals in here to insure a frothy pace. Speed numbers appear to be fairly close. It should be a nice race.

#6 Mellow Mei Mei (McCarthy / Ness) might have an edge with the third highest last out speed number, a three race progression, and one robust workout. She should be close to the pace ready to strike. This gal likes the Pimlico course.
$2 SHOW.

Other Wagering Interests

#1 Synergist (Toledo / Magill) should challenge with the fourth highest last out speed number. This gal holds the highest speed number at the distance with a 62% in the money record from eight starts. She is another that enjoys the Pimlico track.

#3 Pennie My Love (Carrasco / Badillo) should be in the hunt with the highest last out speed number, a two race progression, and two hearty workouts. She holds the second highest speed number at the six furlong distance. This gal should track the pace setters.

#8 O Reeley (Ortiz / Testerman) should be in the mix with a couple of good last out performances that earned decent speed figs. She shares the second highest speed number over the Pimlico course. This gal has the tactical speed to lead or track.

#4 Mast Cove (Chirinos / Robb) should contend with the second highest last out speed number, a two race progression, and one superb workout. This gal is another lover of the Pimlico dirt. She could be close to the pace ready to make her move.
