Superfecta Sunday in Kentucky

Alas, the horse racing weekend ends with a good Superfecta Sunday.  Happy Mothers Day to all the Moms.

Churchill Downs R7 {1 1/16 mile~TURF~3 year-old Up~Allowance Optional Claiming}

A full field of eleven will take to the grass in this Turf feature.  There is a little bit of speed which should get the race off to a good start, but expect a cavalry run into the stretch. The speed numbers are very close which will make this an incredibly competitive event. Our taks is to weave together a winning 10 CENT Superfecta box ticket.

#10 Highball (Leparoux / Catalano) should go off as the favorite with the second highest (5-way tie) last out speed number, and one mighty workout. This lad holds the highest speed number at the distance and is 66% in the money at same. He should track the pace closely and finish with vigor. He is our Bronze Horseshoe selection.
$2 SHOW.

#3 Key to Power (Graham / Walsh) should challenge sharing the second highest last out speed number. He loves the Churchill Turf as well as the distance earning a 60% in the money record at both. This guy will close into a brisk pace.

#6 Mygalsal (Santana / Simms) will contend, also sharing the second highest last out speed number. He is working a three race progression and has put in two robust workouts. This guy should fire fresh off a brief layoff coming over from Turfway Park.

#7 Knights Nation (B. Hernandez / Stewart) should engage with the highest last out speed number, a two race progression, and one solid workout. This guy should track the pace closely and swoop into the lane. He drops in from a higher level of competition.

10 CENT Superfecta Box ($2.40)

#10 Highball  +  #3 Key to Power  +  #6 Mygalsal  +  #7 Knights Nation.
