On to Belmont Park

It's Friday and we are on to Belmont Park for nice Turf race.

Belmont Park Race 8 {1 1/16~Turf~3 year old Up~Optional Claiming}
A very nice Turf race takes shape here with seven participants.  Baletti (Leparoux / Penna) looks to have the advantage with the third highest last out speed number and a sharp workout.  He also holds the second highest speed number at the distance and will be closing fast.  Pleasant Strike (J. Velazquez / Pletcher) will be poised to challenge with the highest last out speed number, a three race progression, and two robust workouts.  No Inflation (Gomez / Proctor) looks well prepped to be in the mix with the fourth highest last out speed number and three hearty, peaking workouts.  Lemon Cream Pie (Coa / Jerkens) will be in the hunt for a piece of the purse pie with a solid speed number at the distance and four strenuous, peaking workouts.  Nicanor (Dominguez / Matz) will be the speed of the race with the highest speed number at the distance and two strong, peaking work outs.  Let's play the Turf at fabulous Belmont Park, mindful of our current Bankroll balance.

$2 WIN:  #5 Baletti.
