Back to Turf Action at Keeneland

Another fabulous Friday where we take a look at a smart one mile Turf race at that great place, Keeneland.

Keeneland Race 9 {Maker's Mark Mile~G1~1 mile~Turf~4 year old Up~Stakes}
A smashing field of eight will make the start in this annual grade one stakes race.  It appears to be a nicely balanced field of differing racing styles which will provide for a very competitive event.

#1 Court Vision (Albarado / R. Dutrow) looks favorable coming off the layoff with the highest speed number at the distance and four stellar, peaking workouts.  It may be his race to lose.  Figure him to close well into a nice pace.
$2 SHOW.

#6 Society's Chairman (Lezcano / Attfield) will make a challenge with the highest last our speed number, a four race progression, and two hearty workouts.  He will also be closing into the pace.
$2 SHOW.

#5 Get Stormy (Castellano / Bush) looks like another that could challenge with the second highest last out speed number at a longer route, a two race progression, and four exceptional workouts.  He should be forwardly placed ready to get first jump in the stretch.
$2 SHOW.

Other Wagering Interest
#4 Working for Hops (Napravnik / Stidham) will set the pace and should hold on for a piece of the purse.  He holds a perfect record of two wins at this distance, has a two race progression, and two robust, peaking workouts.  He could go wire to wire.
