Seeking Refuge on the Aqueduct Turf

Thank goodness it is Friday.  Today we look at a competitive allowance race at Aqueduct.  Hopefully it will stay on the Turf,

Aqueduct Race 7 {1 1/16 mile~3 year old Up~NY~Allowance}
An interesting field of eight will make the start. Five will be attempting the Turf for the first time.  A good amount of speed should set up those coming off the pace rather nicely.

#8 Good To Be Me (C. Velasquez / B. Brown) has a slight edge with the highest last out speed number, a two race progression, and four superb workouts.  He has fared well over the Aqueduct course. This guy will be part of the speed and could wire the field.
$1 WIN / SHOW.

#6 Surfactant (Cohen / Maker) will be attempting the turf for the first time.  He has gone this distance over a synthetic track with a decent speed number.  He will be forwardly place seeking the victory with the second highest (tie) last out speed number, a four race progression, and two lively workouts.
$1 PLACE / SHOW.

Other Wagering Interests
#2 Staralantic (Alvarado / Contessa) will be both attempting the Turf for the first time and moving up to a route distance.  He has one good workout.

#7 Backstage Johnnie (Valdivia / Divitto) will be making his second career start off a similar route over the dirt.  He has put in two hearty workouts.

#4 Schoolyard Cat (Dominguez / Martin) is 100% in the money at the distance with the second highest speed number at this distance.
