Devilish Belmont Thursday

We start another great horse racing weekend looking forward towards improvement.  On this pleasant Thursday we look at a fine sprint stakes at roaring Belmont Park.

Belmont Park Race 8 {Diablo Stakes~6 furlongs~3 year old Up~Stakes}
An exquisite field of seven sprint veterans will make their start in this high quality stakes race.  There is ample speed which may set things up nicely for an off the pace runner.

#6 Jersey Town (Prado / Tagg) looks well prepped with the third highest last out speed number, a two race progression, and two superb peaking workouts.  This guy has the highest speed figure over the Belmont track and is 100 % in the money at Belmont, as well.
$1 WIN / $1 SHOW.

#1 This Ones for Phil (Dominguez / R. Dutrow) will demonstrate speed from the start with the highest last out speed number, a six race progression, and four strong, peaking workouts.  He could wire this field.
$1 PLACE / $1 SHOW.

#4 Travelin Man (J. Velazquez / Pletcher) will challenge the group with the second highest last out speed number, a three race progression, and three fluid workouts.  He could take advantage of a devilishly hot pace.
$1 SHOW.

Another Wagering Interest

#5 Flat Bold (Napravnik / Rodriguez) may surprise with the fourth highest last out speed number, a two race progression, and two solid peaking workouts.  He is another who could benefit by coming from off the pace.

10 CENT Superfecta

#6 Jersey Town, #1 This Ones for Phil / #6, #1 / #4 Travelin Man, #5 Flat Bold / #4, #5.

Last Superfecta Sunday's Results
Belmont Park R8.  NY Allowance.  We failed to fire in our 10 CENT Superfecta box.  We only had one selection in the superfecta sequence.  Superfecta went 6-2-5-4.
Our Bronze Horseshoe runner, Notell, finished 7th.
Bankroll gets shredded down to only $0.22.  Due to the troubled trip of the last couple of weeks we will once again supplement with an additional $10.00 bringing the bankroll up to $10.22.
